Snapshot of Stratosphere Las Vegas
I did not wasted my time on my last day in Las Vegas. Looking at the clear blue skies, I took a snapshot of the Stratosphere. It was not a perfect shot but I am happy to have almost a full view of the tower. I can't wait to visit Las Vegas again..hopefully this year..in God's will!

Stratosphere, Las Vegas, Nevada

The first tower hotel that I have seen is Stratosphere Las Vegas. It is considered to be the tallest tower in Las Vegas and the 5th-tallest structure, in the United States. It is said to have a height of 1,149 ft (350 m). Sad to say, I was not able to go-up on top of it. Maybe in my next visit.
We just happened to pass-by Stratosphere and this is one of the snapshots I took. I hope to make a better picture in my next visit.

The Stratosphere Tower Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada
You can find a revolving restaurant on the top of the tower called "Top of the World". It has also the highest thrill ride in the world, the Big Shot as it is called.
I guess, its is quite scary working on top of this tower. What do you think guys?

Seeing Stratosphere in Las Vegas by Night
Let's see Stratosphere in Las Vegas! We just happened to pass this hotel as we where on our way home after a night of strolling in Las Vegas strip. The top of the tower has two observation decks where you can see the surroundings of Las Vegas. I believed that most of the luxurious hotels in Vegas have wireless alarms installed in its buildings. You can also find the Big Shot on top of the tower which is considered to be the highest thrill ride in the world. This is how you see part of Vegas during the night. I hope to visit it again next year.

Have you seen the Stratosphere Tower in Las Vegas?
Las Vegas is truly a place to have fun and simply enjoy. If I have to ask you whether you want to ride in those thrill rides in the Stratosphere, are you going to ride in it? Want to know about my answer? I am not really afraid of rides. Since I am having a motion sickness, I guess I can't ride on those thrill rides. Of course I can go up on the Stratosphere Tower for looking around Las Vegas since I am not really afraid of heights. I think so! Here is a photo which I took personally of the Stratosphere Tower!
photo I took of the Stratosphere Las Vegas with its tower while we were driving on the motorway in Las Vegas.

Stratosphere in Las Vegas
photo by EuroangelI hope to share more photos of the Stratosphere next time...I am just so tired and sleep now...Good night!!
The Stratosphere Las Vegas is an iconic tower, hotel, and casino located on the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada, owned by American Casino & Entertainment Properties which is a wholly owned subsidiary of American Real Estate Partners. The property's signature attraction is the 1,149 ft (350 m) Stratosphere Tower; it is the tallest free-standing structure in Nevada and the second-tallest free-standing structure in the United States west of the Mississippi River, after the Kennecott Smokestack in Magna, Utah. The hotel is a separate building with approximately 20 stories, 2,444 rooms and an 80,000 square foot (7,000 m²) casino.
The Stratosphere is the northernmost of the major Strip casinos and the only one actually in the City of Las Vegas, as the rest of the strip south of Sahara Avenue is in the unincorporated townships of Paradise and Winchester. Following its completion in 1996 it was initially less popular than first envisioned due to its location on the extreme north end of the strip, far away from the most popular hotel casinos, but its low room prices and unique offerings eventually ensured its success. While many tourists consider its location to be inconvenient, others feel the location is an advantage since it is equidistant between the more popular strip casinos and the downtown area (which includes the Fremont Street Experience).
