Hubby was surprised last week after seeing the latest image of my sister from Las Vegas. He can't believed that she already gained more weight this time. He did not even recognized her pictures in FB until I told him that its my sisters latest photos. Would you think that Sis need to take the best weight loss supplements to reduce those weight she gained after living for more than three years now in Vegas? I just told hubby that it runs in our family. I mean being healthy. lol!

Here is an image taken from Buffet Asia in Vegas. I did had a buffet here with my relatives and sister twice. I love especially the Mongolian barbecue. You can choose some raw meat, fish, shrimps and vegetables here and they'll cook it for you. Good to know that I don't live in Vegas!

I would like to ask you guys what is the most favorite part you like when you travel? If you have to ask me about it, I would say I want to try the food or specialty of a certain place or country. I remember during my vacation in Las Vegas where you can see a lot of Fast food Restaurants in every corner of this city. Some of these are operating 24 hours a day. Imagine that? I guess I gained more pounds during my two months stay in Vegas. Until now I am still hoping to reduce belly fat which I accumulated for years of eating too much. That is not really a good habit of mine. I hope to start a proper diet beginning tomorrow. I am happy that I am already away from Las Vegas or else I might keep on eating the foods in those fast food restaurants again.

One of the favorite hotels in Las Vegas where I want to go walking and strolling is Caesars Palace. And yes shopping is also included in it. Every time we go here, I always tell my sister to go dining inside the restaurants in this hotel. I don't remember taking fat burner after eating. I just forget it every time I am in front of food...lol! but I don't forget to drink my green tea after eating. The picture above is one of the restaurants in Caesars Palace where we go dining sometimes. The problem is, I forgot the exact name of this restaurant. Good evening guys! Just one short update for tonight. Do you know what is one thing I miss in Vegas? I believed I have to be honest. I miss the food in Vegas. We go sometimes to some buffet restaurants there especially in Chinese Buffet. I know it is not a good habit. It's time for me to read lipozene reviews to aware of making a good diet plan. Do you also know that I always cook in my sister's house in Vegas? I used to cook Eggplant Torta there and some other Filipino dishes. I miss eating it already. I hope to cook it once again when my cough will be totally gone. Goodnight to all!

November is almost here! I am so excited because I will finally go home for vacation. I was browsing my files for the photos taken during my vacation in Las Vegas last year. The picture that caught my attention was this food photo. We ate in one of the restaurants in Caesars Palace that time. I know I ordered some spared ribs but I don't remember now what were the other food in this photo. I mean that brown and yellow ones. We always go dining out during my stay there which made me think sometimes of taking fat burners after eating those yummy foods. I love especially the eat-all-you can in Chinese buffets. I guess it is time for me to have a good diet plan to get rid of my excess weight. I am just worried about it because a lot of my clothes won't fit anymore. It's time to relax in the bath tub after fighting with my very slow processing computer.

I guess this is a continuation of my previous post. My friend Mercy was the one who took this picture during our meeting in Las Vegas. We decided to meet in Caesars Palace Hotel. After eating in Chinese restaurant in Caesars Palace, we went walking in Las Vegas strip. I noticed that I never sweat in Las Vegas when in fact, it was very hot during those months. The air there is not humid compared to the Philippines. At least I had a lot of fun during that long vacation. I also noticed that I gained more weight during my stay there. We went always eating in fast foods there plus the eat-all-you can in the different restaurants. What do you expect then? I guess it's time for me to visit some diet pill reviews. It's been a long time that I am planning to take the best diet pill but I am still pessimistic about it. Anybody who have tried the most effective one? I would appreciate if you can give me an idea!
