Amazing Hoover Dam

Have you been to Las Vegas, Nevada? Never miss to visit and see the famous and one of the most engineering wonders of the world which is Hoover Dam. This photo was taken last May 2008 during my visit to the US. Hoover Dam is located between the boundary of Arizona and Nevada. The other side of these huge dam is in Nevada and on the other side is the Arizona (see that watch in the photo on Arizona time). If ever you cross that bridge/dam , Arizona is already there and is one hour ahead of Nevada. I guess if you take a walk everyday in this vast desert here, you don't need to take diet pills in losing weight..right guys?..I have to sign-off now and get ready to party!! sometimes we just need time to enjoy and have fun!! hope you too!! Enjoy your weekend!!

Visit to Wynn, Las Vegas

Have you been to Las Vegas? I am happy and honored to visit this famous entertainment capital of the world. Las Vegas is not only famous about the fun and entertainments it brings to its guests and visitors but it is also famous for its luxury mega hotels. I visited almost all Las Vegas Hotels to see the difference of each to the others. And yes, each hotel here are truly unique from each other.

One hotel that caught my attention is Wynn Las Vegas Resort and Country Club. The photo that I posted here was taken from Fashion Show Mall. Wynn has some notable features among Las Vegas Hotels. First and foremost, it is the tallest hotel in Las Vegas Strip and has 2,716 rooms which ranked number 18 in terms of number of rooms. If ever you will check-in to this Mobil 5 star hotel, don't be surprise because your room key will also be your casino frequent-player card in one card which also make it very notable.

Another thing that caught my attention as I entered this hotel was its so-called Lake of dreams. Take a look at the photo which I also posted here. The main attraction as you enter Wynn, is a large curtain of waterfalls facing the strip and located behind a mountain. And you know why it is called Lake of Dreams? it is because both the waterfalls and the lake display images on them to produce the show called Lake of Dreams. Don't miss to visit Wynn and watch this free show. I was truly amazed by the beauty of this man-made lake and waterfalls at Wynn. It was truly a fantastic experience as I visited this hotel. Just keep on visiting here for more photos and updates. Feel free to also visit my other sites. If ever you will visit Las Vegas, why not check-in at Wynn to enjoy their great services? I hope I will win in lotto today so that I can go back in Vegas very soon. For sure, I will check-in at Wynn if I will win. wish me luck and have a great day to all!!

That was a memorable part in my life that I had been in this great place. I thought I was a small child as I go around walking and riding and laughing and simply have fun here. It was truly a wonderful experience. This photo was taken in Paradise Pier in Disneyland, CA. I guess this small lake here is just a man-made one. This is all for today. I just felt so tired after having not enough sleep tonight. I even have some headache now. I guess for having little sleep. I just to share this quick info..For women who also have problems about vaginal dryness, I guess there are a lot of sites in the net that provides great information on how to prevent it. bye bye for now! have a great Monday!

Space Mountain Ride in Disneyland CA

The Space Mountain Ride in Disneyland, California. Sad to say I really did not enjoy this ride because I have problems with motion sickness. After the ride I had a migraine attack. It is due to the different light effects when you will be riding this. and yes, I was in the United States last year. That was a very memorable trip and I truly had a great time.

I should be visiting some friends during my vacation there. Most of my friends in the US are engaged in healthcare jobs. Most of them are nurses and caregivers. I hope to visit US again next time!! have a great Tuesday!!

Treasure Island Hotel, Las Vegas

Las Vegas Strip

I believed that people around the world already knew that Barack Obama was officially proclaimed as the 44th President of the United States yesterday. He had the oath taking at the White House yesterday. That is history in America because Obama is the first Black president of the United States. I wish him luck and may He will be given all the wisdom, intelligence, diligence and other good qualities of a good leader to lead the US nation! Good luck and More Power! God bless you and America!

I guess my computer memory is almost full now. I have a lot of pictures that are stored here already. I already saved a lot in my external hard drive but there are still thousands in my pc. I want to take care of this as soon as possible.

lastly, I want to share this photo taken in Las Vegas strip. Background is the Paris Hotel and Ballys Hotel. They are just adjacent to each other that you can already walk from one hotel to another. great time I got here!! love it!!

Hoover Dam, An Engineering Marvel of the World

Hoover dam is truly one of the engineering marvels of the world. It is designed to originally tame the extremes of Colorado River. Hoover Dam has a major source of power to the Southwest and one of the areas top attractions. The dam, 30 miles southwest of Las Vegas, spans the Nevada, Arizona border. Some one million visitors visit the dam's power plant annually while millions more drive across the top of the towering structure.

Hoover dam is as tall as a 70 story building, 45 feet wide at the top and 660 feet thick at the bottom. The structure contains enough concrete to build a two lane highway from Los Angeles to New York City. What a truly engineering marvels of the world!!

As we went there, this bridge is still under construction. I guess until now. It will really be a very high one.

Hoover Dam on the other hand connects two states, Arizona and Nevada. I'm proud to see this place.

Curious How Las Vegas Looks

This is the photo I took while my sister drove me in some of the grocery shops in Las Vegas. Would you believe that Las Vegas turned out to be one of the most improved deserts in the world. Yes it is! being the the gaming and entertainment capital all over the globe.

Las Vegas is a huge valley surrounded with mountains. You can't say that it is a desert now because in most subdivisions there, a lot of trees are already planted and grown-up. If you have to take a look at their soil (not really soil) but some sort of sand mixed with dust, you can see that trees can also grow in there. In fact they are using automatic water spray to water their trees and plants especially during the hot summer.
